The perception of cybercriminals is far from reality, creating an environment of uncertainty – or worse yet, complacency – among businesses. We worked with BAE Systems’ subject matter experts to create six ‘personas’ which detailed the characteristics, methods and motivations of the most common types of cybercriminals that businesses face. Dubbed ‘The Unusual Suspects’, the visual and written content was used across media, social and digital channels, direct communications with clients and prospects, an event, a landing page on the corporate website, a 360-degree video, and even a hologram. Covered across many top-tier titles, the campaign also created an increase in website traffic of more than 600% against a 2015 benchmark and 10 qualified enterprise leads so far.
